Preorder refunds
You can cancel your preorder and receive a full refund at any point before your unit ships. No questions asked, no fees.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@areodesk.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Returns after delivery
Once your Pixlumo has been delivered, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for UK and EU customers. For other regions, return shipping costs may apply.
Faulty or damaged units
If your Pixlumo arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your unit for a different size, contact us before your order ships and we will update your order. After delivery, please return your unit and place a new order.
