Shipping

All Pixlumo preorders include free shipping worldwide. No minimum order value, no hidden delivery charges.

Pixlumo will ship to the United Kingdom and European Union first, in Q3 2026. Orders to the US, Canada, Australia, and other regions will follow shortly after.

You will receive an email update as we approach your region’s shipping date, and again when your unit dispatches.

Initial preorders are expected to ship in Q3 2026. Once your unit dispatches, estimated delivery times are:

• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
• European Union: 4–8 business days
• United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or local conditions outside our control.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number when your order ships. You can use this to follow your delivery through our carrier’s tracking portal.

For orders shipped to the EU, UK, US, and most other regions, we handle import duties and taxes on your behalf. You will not be asked to pay additional customs charges on delivery.

If you are in a region not covered by this arrangement, local customs duties may apply. These are your responsibility and are outside our control.
