1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Pixlumo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app, web services, or connected display features.
2. Pixlumo services
Pixlumo provides software and services for configuring and controlling connected desk displays. Features may include wallpapers, clocks, live sports, transit, flights, weather, markets, calendars, media, integrations, and other display apps.
We may add, remove, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product, providers, firmware, and app evolve.
3. Accounts and security
You may need an account to use Pixlumo. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for activity that happens through your account.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account or paired display has been accessed without permission.
4. Devices and pairing
Pixlumo may require pairing a physical display or desk device to your account. You are responsible for pairing only devices you own or are authorized to manage.
Device performance depends on hardware condition, firmware version, internet access, power, local network settings, and third-party service availability.
5. Your content
You may upload or configure content such as wallpapers, labels, display names, custom text, and settings. You keep ownership of your content, but you give Pixlumo permission to store, process, resize, transmit, and display it as needed to provide the service.
You must not upload or display content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to use.
6. Live data and third-party services
Pixlumo can show information from third-party services, data providers, public APIs, and integrations that you connect. This may include sports, transit, weather, aviation, market, calendar, music, communication, or fitness data.
Live data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Pixlumo is for personal and informational display use only. Do not rely on Pixlumo for safety-critical, navigation, financial, medical, emergency, or professional decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to Pixlumo systems.
- Use Pixlumo to break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Interfere with other users, devices, integrations, providers, or networks.
- Bypass usage limits, security controls, authentication, or device ownership checks.
- Upload malicious code, abusive content, infringing content, or content you are not allowed to use.
8. App stores and third-party terms
If you download Pixlumo through Apple, Google, TestFlight, Expo, or another distribution platform, that platform may apply additional terms. Third-party integrations and data providers may also apply their own terms and policies.
9. Purchases and paid features
If Pixlumo offers paid products, subscriptions, hardware, or premium features, the price, billing period, cancellation terms, taxes, and refund rules will be shown at checkout or by the relevant app store or payment provider.
10. Intellectual property
Pixlumo, the Pixlumo name, logos, software, designs, interfaces, and service content are owned by Pixlumo or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of Pixlumo intellectual property to you.
11. Availability
We work to keep Pixlumo reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available service. Maintenance, provider outages, network issues, firmware issues, and operational problems may affect availability.
12. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixlumo is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pixlumo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, service interruption, or third-party data errors.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Pixlumo if we believe you have violated these terms, created risk for the service, misused integrations, or if we are required to do so by law. You may stop using Pixlumo at any time.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update this page and change the Last updated date above. Continued use of Pixlumo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
